Thank you for shopping with Lan.ART. Every item we create is made with care and attention. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Handmade and Custom Items

Most of our products including handmade press-on nails, original paintings, and custom artwork are made to order. Because of their personal and handmade nature, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Digital downloads or electronic files

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Used or worn products

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe) within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong item).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
